Using this website
This website provides information and online services for Bentonville Hunter Jumper Association shows. By using it, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the site only for lawful show-related purposes.
Entries, fees, and changes
An online submission is subject to the published prize list, class rules, deadlines, fees, refund policy, and acceptance by the show office. Riders or their authorized representatives are responsible for checking entry details. Scratches and changes submitted online are not final until reflected in the entry record or confirmed by the show office.
Show-day information
Class sequences, ring assignments, announcements, attendance records, and other show-day information may change. The show office and on-site officials remain the authoritative source during an event.
Accounts and access
BHJA may suspend access or correct records when reasonably necessary to protect participants, preserve accurate show administration, address misuse, or comply with applicable rules. Administrative features are restricted to authorized users.
Availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but online services may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. Contact the show office if a deadline is approaching and an online feature is unavailable.

Questions about these terms may be directed to the BHJA show office using the contact information published on this website. BHJA may update these terms as the circuit develops; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
